If any infringement risk or dispute arises due to the user's violation of the foregoing provisions, the relevant adverse consequences shall be borne by the user solely.
All services and content of the Evaluation Cat Enterprise Information Security Assessment Platform, including but not limited to the copyrights and other rights of relevant software, databases, information materials, etc., used in the service, are protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws, regulations, and international treaties.
Compliance consultations such as laws, regulations, and standards cited in this Product Service will include links to the original text, and the relevant content shall be subject to what is displayed in the original link. The intellectual property rights of data materials such as regulations, systems, files, etc., uploaded and stored by users through this Product Service belong to the original authors.
All content push information displayed in this Product Service, including but not limited to assessment standards, assessment templates, regulation decomposition mapping, industry benchmarking data, etc., belongs to the platform. We reserve the right to interpret, update, and restrict the use of the works. Without authorization from our company, no one may reprint, excerpt, or use the above content in other ways. Violators of the above statement will be pursued for relevant legal liabilities.
No entity may use the software, database, and related information materials in a manner that damages the rights and interests of the holder of this Product Service, nor use hyperlinks, transmission, storage, or "mirror links" to load them into other information retrieval systems and other servers or websites for other purposes.
It is strictly forbidden for any entity to access our company's computer system for any reason, or to reverse engineer, decompile, etc., the software, and it is prohibited to use web crawlers or other automated programs to obtain the content of this Product Service or obtain others' personal information for any purpose.
In the process of you becoming a registered user and using this service, it is necessary to provide personal information based on the necessity of function implementation. If you violate laws and regulations or other normative documents during the use of this Product Service, or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties during this process, or use this Product Service to engage in any behavior that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, resulting in us bearing any nature of compensation, compensation, or fines and suffering losses, you shall compensate us for all direct and indirect losses suffered thereby.

If any dispute or controversy arises between you and us, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent People's Court in accordance with the law.
