Thank you for purchasing services from Evaluation Cat. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our Enterprise Information Security Assessment Platform services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our services (SaaS / Digital Reports), refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered or the report has been generated. However, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • System failure preventing report generation after successful payment.
  • Duplicate payment for the same order due to technical error.
  • Service not delivered within the specified timeframe due to our platform's technical issues.

2. Non-refundable Circumstances

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind after the report has been generated.
  • You made a mistake in the input data which resulted in an unsatisfactory report.
  • You failed to use the service due to your own technical environment issues (e.g., incompatible browser, network restriction).

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
